  We went to pizza express in Cardiff bay in a large group (18) when the bill came they charged us £20 for service charge. They did not tell us this before we entered . When we received the billl it was over priced and they did not mention the service charge but kept telling us it was right . One of the workers (male) force every one of us to put money in to bill for the service charge with out telling us about it . He then told us to leave with out any of our change back . We asked for the manager but the waiter said we did not need her . We asked again and we finally saw her , she gave us £3 back but we were still owed £17 . We didn't get the money back until about 20 minutes after this happend . I wouldn't recommend going to pizza express Cardiff bay because of the rudeness of the staff .

  Service was very good and quick. The main disappointment was ordering a huge pizza for me and wife with extra meat and it coming out like a burnt margarita pizza with less cheese and barely any toppings. The waitress then did give me the extra meat in a separate bowl. Would not come here again.
